Our main products are handmade Chinese dumplings, also known as Jiaozi or Shuijiao, which are consist of unleavened dough wrapped around a savoury filling of minced ingredients. Originally created by ancient Chinese pharmacologist and physician Zhang Zhongjing as a nourishing winter remedy, these dumplings have become a staple of Chinese festivals and a wholesome, flavourful dish enjoyed worldwide.
